Throughout nearly all of 2021, I conducted a series of CX Research training sessions and lectures on user research at one of Ukraine's largest companies in the financial sector.
The corporate format included a specially developed training program and work on real-world tasks, some of which involved confidential data.
The agreement specifically states that any mention of this collaboration is confidential. I respect the agreements with my clients and partners, which is why I cannot publicly share details of the training process for another two years.

The Apollo Design Center was a pioneering educational initiative inspired by Bauhaus principles. I contributed as the creator of the 'User Research ABC' program, a comprehensive four full-day training designed to equip students with a broad spectrum of user research methods and practices. This immersive training was uniquely structured around actual business challenges presented by Ukrainian companies, facilitating direct engagement with real users.
In addition to 'User Research ABC', I also contributed as a co-trainer in a product design training program, further enriching the curriculum with practical design skills and insights.
Over the course of two years, the program educated over 200 students and collaborated with leading Ukrainian firms such as Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, LIGA.Net, Moyo, Prozorro, Kyivstar, Uklon, Raketa, prom.ua, Meest, and others, significantly impacting the local design and research landscape.
